As a teacher, she taught job search and career pursuit skills and then went on to serve 10+ years in corporate America in senior management roles
Barb co-creates individual success strategies and works with clients to overcome obstacles and move forward. Barb helps professionals "gain confidence, get into action, and grow professionally and personally™".
Barb and her husband live in Columbus, Ohio and enjoy family, traveling, yoga and cooking.
HEIDI
Heidi is a career counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience helping clients pursue their passions and reach their potential. She's worked extensively with global expats and has authored several online and print publications as an expert in career development and expatriate issues.
Heidi's deep respect for the unique needs and gifts of each individual inspires positive change and outcomes for her clients.

NORMA
Norma is a bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish) coach who has 16+ years of experience in talent management. Her background includes coaching clients from a broad spectrum of client industries, to find rewarding career opportunities.

Smooth Transition
The initial steps of getting accustomed to New Jersey are going better than expected. The emotional aspect of relocation is not easy and I feel a bit blue about being in the US without the visa needed to be able to work here. The research my coach provided was tremendous. I’m planning to volunteer to keep busy and am looking forward to exploring my new city. I booked the Pilates class she recommended and started to make some friends. I was also able to prepare online for the Motor Vehicle test, which I had dreaded the most. (I passed!) This service truly helped to make this a smooth transition.

Time-Saving
I was moving to a new place and the process was overwhelming. I asked my coach for suggestions for doctors, activities for my children, etc. These searches are time-consuming and my coach sent me a report full with useful information. When moving required so much of my time and energy, my coach freed up some of my time by researching items that will assist my family with our transition.
