I prefer a Do-It-Yourself approach and find the website very easy to navigate. I’ve found Hoover's and Interview Stream to be excellent tools! I love having the ability to log on any time to research and work on my job search. I’m using the Job-Tracking feature and love the way it logs my activities for every job I’m interested in.
